Refund policy

Because VentureKhoj reports are digital products generated on demand, purchases are generally non-refundable once the report is generated and delivered.

• Duplicate payments for the same report
• Technical failure where the report was paid for but never generated
• Report was generated but never delivered to your dashboard or inbox for reasons on our side

Write to support@venturekhoj.com within 7 days of the transaction, quoting your transaction ID and the report ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days and, if eligible, refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
